2. Under the section titled Where’s My Property, click on Property Search

3. Click the "I Agree" button

4. Enter your property address and click the search button

5. Click on the Building Characteristics tab

6. Under the Area column are two values, the first is Base and the second is labeled Aux.

7. Take note of the Base Area number, which is your Total Gross Square Footage

8. Enter the Base Square Footage in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Hillsborough County

1. Go to: https://www.hcpafl.org/

2. Click the Property Search button

3. Enter your address and click search

4. Click on the link to your property

5. Locate the section of the page labeled Building Sub Areas

6. Take note of the Total Gross SQ FT under the Gross Area Column

7. Enter the Total Gross Square Footage in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Manatee County

1. Go to: https://www.manateepao.com/

2. Click on the Property Search Link

3. Enter your address and click the Search button

4. Locate the Under Roof Square Footage located near the top of the screen

5. Take note of the Total Under Roof Square Footage

6. Enter the Total Under Roof Square Footage in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Pinellas County

1. Go to: https://www.pcpao.org/

2. Click on Search our Database By Address

3. Click on the button labeled I accept, continue Enter your home address Click Submit

4. Click on the Parcel Info Link

5. Locate the Total Gross SF field and make note of your total Square Footage

6. Enter the Total Gross Square Footage in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Pasco County

1. Go to: https://www.pascopa.com/

2. Click on Records Search

3. Enter your address Street # and Street Name and click Submit

4. Click the Parcel Link

5. Scroll until you locate the Building Information section and add up all the Square Footage

6. Take the Total Gross Square Footage you added up and enter it in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Polk County

1. Go to: https://www.polkpa.org/

2. Click on the Property Search Link at the top

3. Click the link Find Parcel by Address on the right side

4. Click on the Parcel ID Link

5. Scroll on the screen until you locate the field titled Total Under Roof

6. Take note of the Total Square Footage

7. Enter the Total Gross Square Footage in the Total Square Footage Field Below to get your cost

Sarasota County

2. Under the Search Menu, select Real Property Search

3. Enter your address and click the search button

4. Under the buildings section of the page near the top, locate the Gross Area column and take note of the Square Footage
